Hi, I'm the founder of Beanies Martinis—and this is Beans.

For more than 10 years, I've built my career in hospitality, where I discovered that the best part of any event isn't just the cocktails—it's the connections, the conversations, and the memories people take home with them. Creating experiences that make people feel welcomed and celebrated has always been my passion.

Eight years ago, I adopted Beans, my loyal sidekick and the inspiration behind this business. Through every chapter of life—the exciting moments, the unexpected challenges, and everything in between—she has been right by my side. Her unconditional love, joyful spirit, and unwavering loyalty inspired me to create a brand that feels just as genuine and welcoming.

Beanies Martinis was born from a dream to take my passion for bartending beyond the walls of a restaurant. I wanted to create something personal: a mobile bar experience that brings handcrafted cocktails, exceptional service, and unforgettable moments directly to the people celebrating life's biggest milestones.

Whether I'm serving espresso martinis at a bridal shower, crafting signature cocktails for a birthday, or helping make a corporate event feel a little more special, my goal is always the same—to create an experience that guests will remember long after the last drink is poured.
